Why do I write?

It’s the scorching heat of Saigon that makes me forget that the heavy snow is already covering the biking lanes in the Netherlands, the piercing wind is cutting through the dead woods in Northern China and the dry soil of the desert around Kashan is already frozen hard like stone.

I move, all the time, across cities, countries, continents, for encountering amazing things of our planet, for meeting awesome people and for resealing myself into the ultimate freedom.

I don’t have a horse, a cart or a tent, but I am a NOMAD, by heart, by philosophy and by ideology.

Maybe one day I will forget what happened just not long ago and what is happening right now, so I write it down here, for myself, for the past and future and for those who seek information about traveling, hitchhiking, couchsurfing, low-budget adventures and all the other amazing possibilities of life.

  1. Hey there Wei. I don’t know if you recall, but you reached out to me once when you needed to couchsurf in Malaysia. That’s when I first looked at your blog – it’s awesome by the way. I remembered it all this while.

So to cut to the chase, I am nominating you for the Mystery Blogger Award, read about why on here: http://tejabahiya.com/mystery-blogger-award/ 🙂 Hope you’re game for it!
